3 Key Secrets to Creating a Transformational
Sound Bath
Experience
A free 45-minute online workshop for the woman who is thinking:
I can't wait to learn how to do this!
Â
Maybe you already have a small shelf of crystal singing bowls that look beautiful...but they don’t exactly seem to be on speaking terms with each other.
Maybe you took a course somewhere, got a certificate, and still found yourself sitting in front of your instruments thinking, Okay... now what?
Or maybe you haven’t bought a single bowl yet because you had the very sensible thought:
Maybe I should know what I’m doing before I spend hundreds of dollars on these things.
Excellent instinct.
Wherever you’re starting from, you’ve probably landed on the same nagging question, the one that keeps tapping you on the shoulder no matter how many Instagram videos, YouTube tutorials, or blog posts you consume:
Could I actually learn to do this well?
Not just collect a few pretty instruments, strike them gently, and hope the universe takes it from there.
Really learn it.
The kind of learning where you sit down in front of your instruments and feel like you know what you’re doing, instead of hoping it all somehow comes together.
Here’s the good news.
You absolutely can.
You don’t need a music degree. You don’t need a room full of expensive instruments. You need someone to show you what to listen for, what matters most, and how all the pieces fit together.
That’s exactly what I teach, starting in my free, online workshop and continuing inside The Sound Bath Academy.
Hi! I'm Kristin
I’m Kristin White, founder of The Sound Bath Academy.
I started as a classically trained musician and later spent years coordinating high-pressure events at the White House, which is also when I started meditating, out of what I can only describe as sheer professional survival. Nothing inspires a consistent meditation practice like managing a State Dinner with zero margin for error.
Eventually, I became a certified Chopra Meditation Instructor, and somehow all those seemingly unrelated parts of my life came together here.
The musician.
The meditation teacher.
The woman who knows that the tiniest details can completely change how an experience feels.
Today, I teach women what I wish someone had taught me when I first started:Â Â the musical, technical, and experiential side of sound baths, explained in a way that actually makes sense.
I’ve facilitated more than a thousand sound baths, including experiences for Warner Bros., Mattel, Red Bull, and TEDx, and I’ve taught thousands of people about the art and science of sound.
And here’s something I’ve learned:
The facilitators who create truly transformational experiences aren’t necessarily the ones with the biggest gong or the most bowls.
They’re the ones who understand what they’re doing. And that's what this workshop is all about.Â
In our 45 minutes together, here’s what you’ll be able to do differently:
- You’ll know how to create a space that feels intentional before you play a single note
Here’s where you’ll get clear on which details help your clients begin relaxing from the moment they walk through the door.
You’ll start seeing the room differently because you’ll understand that the sound bath experience begins before you ever pick up a mallet.
- You’ll finally understand the Hz tuning designations you see when you’re shopping for bowls
432 Hz...440 Hz...Chakra bowls...Alchemy bowls...(oh my!)
You’ll understand what those designations actually mean, what they don’t tell you, and why a bowl marketed for a particular chakra isn’t automatically the right bowl for your collection.
You’ll have a much better idea of what all those labels really mean before you click Add to Cart.
- You’ll know how to guide the group out of a sound bath as thoughtfully as you guided them into it
Instead of reaching the end and thinking, Yikes...how exactly do I get everyone back up now? you’ll understand how to create a gentle return that feels like a natural part of the experience.
In just 45 minutes, you’ll have a much clearer picture of how a thoughtfully designed sound bath actually comes together.
Â
You’ll start listening differently, too.
You’ll begin noticing details you may have missed before.
How volume changes an experience, how well chosen instruments contribute to the whole journey, and why a sound bath should feel like it’s moving somewhere rather than simply wandering from one pretty sound to the next.
Now, a small warning.
This isn’t a five-minute hack.
And I’m not going to tell you to “just trust your intuition” and send you off with a mallet and a dream.
But if you’re the kind of woman who loves this work and wants to actually get good at it, you’re going to feel very at home here.
Stay with me through the end and I’ll also email you a free 20-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath audio file.
Listen to it afterward with your newly trained ears, and you may be surprised by how much more you notice.
And yes, at the end of the workshop, once you’ve had a taste of my teaching style, I’ll also tell you about The Sound Bath Academy, my complete certification program, in case you’re thinking:
Yep. I want to learn the rest of this.
No mystery sales pitch waiting behind the curtain.
Just an invitation if you want to keep going.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need the perfect setup to begin.
You just need a quiet place to start.Â
