The Sound Bath Academy ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit soundbathacademy.org, register for our free workshop, or enroll in our online certification course. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.

- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), mailing address (for example, if you receive a gift shipped to your home), and anything you share when you contact us or post in our student community.
- Purchase information: when you enroll, payment is processed by our payment partners (such as Stripe, Klarna, and Afterpay). We receive confirmation of your purchase, but we do not store your full card number.
- Usage information: your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit, and how you interact with our emails, workshop, and course videos.

- Legal authorities, when required by law
- A successor business, if The Sound Bath Academy is ever merged, sold, or reorganized
The Sound Bath Academy Student Forum is a private Facebook group. Anything you post there is also subject to Facebook's privacy policy.
Data security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure.

Welcome to The Sound Bath Academy. By using soundbathacademy.org, registering for our free workshop, or enrolling in our online certification course, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or course.
Who can enroll
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. You're responsible for keeping your login information private and for activity on your account.
Your course access
- When you enroll, you get access to the course for the lifetime of the course. That means you can log in and rewatch the lessons for as long as The Sound Bath Academy offers the course online, including any future updates, with no monthly fees.
- Your enrollment is for you alone. Please don't share your login, or download, copy, record, or redistribute the course videos, guides, or materials.
- We may update, reorganize, or improve the course content over time.
Certification
You complete the course by watching all of the course videos. There are no tests or exams. Once you've finished, you can request your Sound Bath Certification by emailing [email protected].
On request, after you complete the course, Kristin can provide a certificate for 8 continuing education hours, which students have successfully submitted to Yoga Alliance. The Sound Bath Academy is not a registered Yoga Alliance continuing education provider, and we can't guarantee how any outside organization will treat the certificate.
Educational purposes only
The Sound Bath Academy is an educational program that teaches sound bath facilitation. It is not medical, psychological, or health care advice, and sound baths are not a substitute for professional care. You're responsible for leading sessions safely, including keeping volume at safe levels, and for following any laws, licenses, or insurance requirements that apply to your work. Graduates decide their own business structure and approach.
Results
Student stories on our website are real, but they're not a promise of what you'll achieve. Your results depend on your practice, your effort, and many other factors.
Payments and pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars. Workshop prices and gifts are available only for the time stated with the offer. If you choose a payment plan through Klarna or Afterpay at checkout, that plan is governed by their terms. We may change our prices at any time, but a price change won't affect a purchase you've already made.
Instrument discounts
Discount codes from instrument suppliers are shared as a courtesy. Those suppliers set their own terms, availability, and shipping, and we're not responsible for their products.
The Student Forum
The Sound Bath Academy Student Forum is a private Facebook group. Please be kind and respectful, and don't post spam, sales pitches, or anything offensive. We may remove posts or members who don't follow these guidelines. Facebook's terms also apply.
Intellectual property
All course videos, guides, the Musical Roadmap, the Sound Bath Checklist, the Instrument Guide, and other content are owned by The Sound Bath Academy and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own learning and practice, but not reproduce, sell, or teach them as your own.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and course are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, The Sound Bath Academy isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the course, or the practices taught in it.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms, for example by sharing logins or redistributing course materials.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Our 7-day guarantee
We want you to love The Sound Bath Academy. If the course isn't the right fit for you, email us within 7 days of enrolling and we'll refund your money. Simple as that.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of your enrollment date.
- Include the name and email address you used to enroll.
- We'll process your refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your course access ends once the refund is processed.
Klarna and Afterpay
If you paid with Klarna or Afterpay, your refund goes back through that service, and they'll adjust or cancel your remaining payments according to their terms.
After 7 days
Requests made more than 7 days after enrollment aren't eligible for a refund.
